Salary: $84,000 - $120,000 + potential bonuses (Recruiting and Incentive Programs)
Are you an experienced aviation professional with a passion for leadership and operational excellence? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee critical maintenance operations in Kansas City, MO. What You’ll Do:

Supervise aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks meet FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and customer expectations.

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and alterations, ensuring airworthiness and compliance.

Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Control, and other departments to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.

Ensure proper planning and execution of maintenance tasks using customer package requirements.

Manage labor hours, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time aircraft delivery.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers regarding aircraft status and project progress.

Uphold safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring all work areas remain clean and audit-ready.

Train and develop team members, identifying future leaders within the organization.
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:

Airframe or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.

Minimum 5 years of commercial MRO maintenance experience.

At least 2 years of leadership experience in an MRO environment.

Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements, including FAR Part 121 and 91.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle, AutoTime, and Gateway is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel.

Experience managing multiple projects and meeting operational deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
