Pay: $25.88/hr | Temp-to-Perm | 1st Shift (Monday–Friday)

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Facilities / HVAC Technician in El Paso to support a multi-building commercial campus. You’ll take charge of HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and more—making sure the property stays safe, comfortable, and fully operational.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 1st Shift – so your weekends are free!
What You’ll Handle:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and building systems
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and lighting systems
Maintain fire/life safety systems and general building upkeep
Use CMMS/BAS tools for work orders, inspections, and reporting
Provide support for safety audits, emergency response, and vendor coordination
Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and operating safely
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of commercial HVAC/facility maintenance experience
EPA Universal Certification required
High school diploma or GED (vocational training a plus)
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and NFPA 70E
Comfortable with CMMS/BMS systems and standard computer tools
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
Flexibility for occasional on-call or weekend coverage

Pay Details: $25.88 per hour
