What You'll Do
As a Mobile Engineer, you’ll take ownership of maintaining and repairing key building systems across multiple facilities. You’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other essential infrastructure—keeping operations smooth and clients satisfied.
Core Responsibilities:
Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain building systems
Perform routine and emergency repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and structural systems
Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain detailed service records
Travel between properties to provide on-site support and solutions
Oversee and evaluate vendor performance and service quality
Maintain safe work practices and comply with all safety regulations
What You Bring
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
5–7 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
EPA 608 Type II certification
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and mobile work order systems
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred:
EPA 608 Universal Certification
Formal training or trade school in HVAC, electrical systems, or mechanical trades

Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
