We’re seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide on-site technical support during aircraft assembly, specializing in troubleshooting and reworking aircraft interiors. This is your opportunity to work hands-on with advanced aerospace products.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair seat system issues, including cosmetic defects and electronic components
Support installation teams with expert hands-on adjustments, alignments, and part replacements
Work across multiple areas: receiving, factory floor, flight line, and BFE zones
Coordinate closely with engineers, QA, and airline reps to meet production timelines
Submit accurate part orders and ensure compliance with detailed rework instructions
Safely operate a company vehicle and attend daily standup meetings
Who You Are
Experienced: 2+ years in field service or technical repair (aerospace or automotive a plus)
Technically Skilled: Strong mechanical aptitude, use of power/hand tools, and electronic troubleshooting
Detail-Oriented: Able to read engineering drawings, follow rework specs, and adhere to high-quality standards
Customer-Focused: Strong communication and professionalism when working alongside OEM and airline partners
Adaptable: Willing to work varied hours, including occasional weekends
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Familiar with MS Office, smartphones/tablets, and general computer navigation
Valid driver's license & ability to obtain a passport
Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environments
Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
