Maintenance & Calibration Technician – Join a Global Pharma Leader!

Pay: $25.42 – $29.09 per hour

PDS Tech is currently seeking a Maintenance & Calibration Technician to join a premier pharmaceutical manufacturing client at a state-of-the-art Radioligand Therapies Production Facility. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical skills and experience in GMP-regulated environments who are looking to contribute to the advancement of life-saving therapies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production, laboratory, and building systems equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair process and utility equipment, including containment isolators, filling lines, HVAC systems, motors, pumps, and control systems

  • Interpret P&IDs, equipment/system layouts, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications

  • Support radiation safety programs, including calibration of radiation detection instruments

  • Complete thorough and accurate documentation in CMMS systems

  • Assist with start-up, commissioning activities, and provide technical support for deviations and investigations

  • Contribute to the development of operational procedures and training materials

  • Mentor less experienced technicians as needed

  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a GMP-regulated environment

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, aseptic fill/finish, or radiopharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desirable

  • Proficiency with CMMS, MS Office applications, and Building Management Systems

  • Ability to work in protective clothing, including cleanroom attire and respiratory protection

  • Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required

Pay Details: $25.42 to $29.09 per hour
