PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to support high-visibility initiatives at our Charlotte, NC hub. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide learning programs and potentially transition into a full-time position.
About the Role
As a Senior Learning Specialist, you’ll lead the design and delivery of both virtual and in-person training programs that support global business models and operational processes. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create engaging, learner-focused content that drives performance and supports strategic transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions for web-based and instructor-led formats
- Deliver live, instructor-led training sessions that promote collaboration and knowledge retention
- Coordinate logistics for learning programs, including LMS administration and internal communications
- Implement metrics and feedback tools to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies, especially the ADDIE model
- Advanced skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Ability to translate complex systems and processes into clear, learner-friendly content
- Strong critical thinking and content development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating presentations, job aids, and learning guides
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with video production and graphic design
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a large corporate environment
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a dynamic business setting

Pay Details: $75.00 per hour
