About the Role
As a Technical Support Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing scheduling assistance and support through phone-based interactions. You’ll use multiple software systems to manage appointments and deliver a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a professional, courteous demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone in a call center environment

  • Use scheduling software and tools to assist clients with appointments and inquiries

  • Document calls accurately and follows established call-handling procedures

  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency while managing multiple screens and systems

  • Meet productivity and call volume metrics

  • Support additional projects and skillsets as needed

  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask using multiple screens and telephone software

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and occasional overtime

  • Schedule: 40 hours/week | with shifts between: 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM, seven days a week

  • Flexibility: Must be available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
