Are you ready to dive into a critical role that keeps our operations compliant and our environment protected? We’re looking for a Wastewater Treatment Operator to join our industrial team in Pine Grove, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with technical know-how and a passion for environmental responsibility to take ownership of day-to-day operations and process monitoring in a state-of-the-art wastewater treatment plant.
What You’ll Do:
Operate and maintain equipment in an industrial wastewater treatment facility
Monitor treatment processes and conduct in-plant testing using various instruments
Perform daily system checks, readings, and make real-time adjustments
Handle chemical inventories, deliveries, and proper disposal procedures
Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, meters, and feed equipment
Record accurate data for meter readings, flow rates, and daily treatment logs
Prepare regulatory DMRs and support DEP inspections
Manage sludge removal coordination and support 5S efforts within the facility
What You’ll Bring:
Associate’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, or a related field
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
Knowledge of sampling techniques for chemical/physical wastewater testing
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and follow safety and compliance procedures

Pay Details: $19.75 per hour
